SHG– LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
To improve the economic development skills of women in rural area we have conducted special SHG– LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME for the leaders of the same to innovate and prepare themselves of new and economically valid ventures.
In this programme 45 SHG – LEADERS involving in this programme the resource persons from the fields of Banking Mr: Karthi , District industrial center, Department of Rural Development, Department of Employment and training. In this programme the up gradation of present skills to equip them for the future commercial needs.
